Instructions and information:

This form will be used as a basis for future automated imports.
It's important that a comma separate each data field and that
the correct data be placed in the appropriate field! There are 10
total fields and each must contain the assigned data! They are:

Field 1:  Player Name (home on top, visiting below)
Field 2:  Handicap (used to double check that the right HC was used!)
Field 3:  Total Completes
Field 4:  Total Innings
Field 5:  Total Made on break
Field 6:  Total Games Won
Field 7:  Total Games Lost
Field 8:  Total of eight on breaks
Field 9:  Total of break and runs
Field 10: Text- WON or LOST only please!

Save this and use it as a template- Simply filling in the values above to
replace the reminder info. Then save as a DIFFERENT NAME so as not to destroy
the original. Don't forget to enter header info (dates and team names)!
E-mail the results as an attachment ASAP.
